Alright, it’s time to get serious. 4 months until the big move to Hawaii when my sexy beast of a boyfriend gets home from deployment. No summer season, not putting on “blubber” during the cold months. Nope, bikini ready all the time. Plus, lets be honest, 6 months of him being gone? Yeah, I need to look good naked too 😉
So, I’ve already hit some of my goals! It’s time for new ones.
Number 1: conquer RUNNING! I probably won’t have a membership in Hawaii and need to stay fit!
Number 2: enjoy running! Much harder then number 1
Number 3: stop cheating the diet. For real though, prep some snacks so I don’t attack pancakes during the middle of my morning shift
Number 4: Smile more. It’s easy to get upset about stuff, it’s harder to let it roll off your shoulders!
I choose from this moment to be stronger, happier, more positive, and sexy as fuck. Here I go.
I’ve had a couple days where I’ve found myself disappointed. I’ve been out late, ate some bad food and haven’t been able to get to the gym. Even though I fell off the wagon for a week or so, the greatest feeling is getting back on! I don’t care if you ate the entire Oreo factory, let it go and get back to work. Never quit and don’t let yourself down. Keep making progress and new goals. We can achieve everything we work for!
