After my group track workout last night, I was up and at it this morning with the best CVI Cycle class ever! Working hard and getting results. That’s all there is to it! Be proud of your accomplishments, celebrate the small victories, and always set new goals. We can achieve whatever we set our minds to, so set those goals high!
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m headed to the gym! Need to keep progressing! Interval training tonight with a new group of random people. Training with others is fun and puts a little competition into the workout. Let others push you, you might surprise yourself. Ps… Every girl should have a pair of gigantic sweats, it’s therapeutic.

train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.
