Anybody ever feel like the moments of stress will never end? I can’t seem to keep my head above water, and I’ll be disappointed if I drown. I don’t do well with failure - not something I welcome in life.
I wake up happy every day because of you…
Hi! So right now I'm 125 pounds approx. and I'm aiming to get to about 115 by the end of may/early june. Do you think this is an achievable goal? Through clean eating and running and drinking lots of water. And will losing these ten pounds show? Because I have a lot of flab right now but I'm not sure if ten pounds will be all of it. I feel like I'll get to 115 and not even look that different. (I'm 5'3 if that matters.)
First of all, I think anything is an achievable goal depending on how hard you work for it! In my opinion, I think I can tell when someone loses even 5lbs - especially on my own body. If you say you have a lot of “flab” then try some other things besides running. Cardio is extremely important don’t get me wrong, but I mix up my routine weekly so my body is always getting challenged in different ways (plus I get really bored with the same things :)). I weight lift about 4 times a week and do some sort of cardio 4-5 times. My cardio includes spin classes, running, walking at inclines, stair stepper, intervals, and plyometrics. Keep in mind you might be putting on muscle along with losing the fat. As Im sure you know from being on tumblr, it really does weigh more then fat! But trust me it looks so much better too. Eating is going to be most important for your fat loss. Keep it healthy and you will definitely see results! Trust me when I say you will look different. You will also feel a lot different and be motivated to keep pushing towards your goal. Good luck and go after it! Little tip - give up the scale results and just use it as a base, it was the best thing I ever did and I’m in the best shape of my life. :)
